Pro-Hydraulics undertakes the complete in-house design and manufacture of hydraulics systems, power packs and cylinders, in our ISO 9001:2015 accredited factories in Johannesburg and Durban.

With a staff complement of 78 personal and in excess of 40 large machines, comprising of CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, lathes, milling machines, boring mills, honing machines, surface grinders, lapping machines the full range of small machines, fabrication and lifting equipment, and work stations enable us, to complete the manufacture of the above.

Our Engineers complete their designs using CAD, consisting of Auto Light 2013 and Inventor Design Suite 2013 should 3D modeling, or simulation be required, thereafter, we use BOB CAD-CAM version 22, to program the required CNC machines, or run off conventional 2D drawings, for system design, or fabrication.

On completion of manufacture, a specific test procedure is followed, and if necessary, an in-house simulation of hydraulic systems and electronics, prior to final on-site commissioning and documentation, followed with customer training if necessary.

Our Johannesburg and Durban factories are 2800 square meters and 2000 square meters respectively, with a depot/office in Richards Bay.

All the pumps, motors, valving, spare parts, electronics and accessories, are stored in our stand-alone 1000 square meter warehouse in Johannesburg, with back-up stores in the two factories, enabling us to support and service, these manufactured items, either directly, or through our distribution network, throughout Southern Africa.
